Body Shop Athletic Club Presenta: Studio Kinesis
Se pueden realizar más de 900 movimientos que benefician la fortaleza, flexibilidad, tonicidad y resistencia del cuerpo
Santo Domingo República Dominicana.- Body Shop Athletic Club presentó en sus instalaciones del ensanche Naco, su moderno estudio de Kinesis, en un acto que reunió a socios, medios de comunicación y ejecutivos del club.
Las palabras centrales estuvieron a cargo del Sr. Anthony Bernal, presidente del club atlético, quien describió el nuevo sistema como una herramienta de fitness con beneficios incalculables.
"Estamos en presencia de lo más novedoso en términos de ejercicio físico, con el cual la mente y el cuerpo se conjugan para exponenciar los beneficios del entrenamiento"...expresó el ejecutivo.
"Su diseño práctico permite se ajuste a personas de cualquier edad, tamaño y peso, a la vez que se recomienda tanto para atletas de alto rendimiento como para principiantes"... agrega.
Indicó que la sala Kinesis consta de cuatro módulos de máquinas con cables - "Alpha", "Beta", "Gamma" y "Delta"- concebidos para ejercitar todas las partes del cuerpo y moldearlo a su forma natural.
El lanzamiento contó además con las palabras de la Srta. María José Rodríguez, líder del Studio Kinesis, quien explicó los beneficios que trae consigo Kinesis, dentro de los cuales está una mayor flexibilidad, mejor balance y aumenta por igual, la fuerza del tronco de tal forma que estabiliza y protege la columna al tiempo que incrementa la resistencia general de todo el cuerpo.
"Lo bueno que tiene este sistema es que a diferencia de las máquinas tradicionales cuyo movimientos vienen completamente dirigidos, con Kinesis el cuerpo ejecuta libremente su movimiento natural, dando como resultado un cuerpo modelado"...explica Rodríguez.
La ejecutiva finalizó destacando su valor para la terapia de rehabilitación, indicando que es ideal para la recuperación del movimiento y su destreza natural.
Con Kinesis se puede realizar más de 900 movimientos diferentes. Con ellos se trabaja fortaleza, flexibilidad, tonicidad y resistencia. Mientras un grupo muscular estabiliza el cuerpo, otro sostiene la postura, permitiendo que se ejerciten todos los músculos que lo componen.
